Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. A credit card is required to secure your cleaning reservation. For the final payment, we accept cash, checks, or credit cards. Opting to pay with cash or check entitles you to a 5% discount on the total invoice.

Business Hours

We offer cleaning services by appointment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the last appointment starting at 2:00 PM. To ensure availability, we require at least two business days' notice when scheduling your preferred date and time. As our schedule fills up quickly, we encourage booking your cleanings well in advance to secure your desired slot.

Products

We use only high-quality, industry-standard cleaning products and equipment to deliver exceptional cleanliness and ensure safety in your home. If you have preferred cleaning products, we can certainly use them upon request.

For clients with sensitivities to fragrances, we offer unscented product options to ensure your comfort.

Additionally, we provide the Eco-Friendly Cleaning Service upon request, using pure vinegar and baking soda and low-chemical products from trusted brands like Seventh Generation and similar companies as much as possible throughout the cleaning.

Our cleaning teams are thoroughly trained in safe and effective cleaning practices, ensuring that all products are used appropriately for each surface type. Your preferences and well-being are always our top priority.

Safety

To ensure the best cleaning experience for all our clients, we ask for your understanding of the following guidelines:

  • Ladders and High-Reach Areas: Our team does not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. For items beyond our reach, such as chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans, we use an extension duster to clean.

  • Furniture Movement: While we cannot move furniture, we do our best to clean visible areas by hand or with an extension duster.

  • Clutter: To provide the highest quality cleaning, we kindly ask that you ensure your home is reasonably clutter-free by picking up clothes, toys, and other items. If excess clutter is present, we will clean around these areas to the best of our ability.

  • Items We Do Not Clean: For safety and efficiency, we do not clean delicate display areas (i.e. trophy cases), pet waste, or dishes.

Cancellation/Lockout

We understand that schedules can change; however, to respect the time and effort of our team, please note the following:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to half the service price.

  • If we are unable to access your home upon arrival or are turned away at the door, a lockout fee equal to half the service price will also apply.

  • These fees will be charged to the card on file.
