Proudly female-owned, independently operated, and firmly rooted in the Hampton community, the company was founded by Sue, a mother of two and a longtime Hampton Roads resident, with a simple yet profound aim: to do better—for her clients, her neighbors, and her family.

After years in the cleaning industry, Sue became disheartened watching corporate franchises prioritize speed over care, cutting corners and falling short of what a truly clean home should be. Her clients often voiced the same sentiments, and she knew they deserved more. Determined to make a change, Sue launched her own company, naming it after her daughter Valentina, and dedicating herself to providing a level of trust and exceptionalism that the industry needed.

When it came time to build her team, Sue didn’t have to look far. She turned to her family—the people who shared her values and her vision. Working side by side with her mother, Sandra, along with her brothers and cousins, Sue created more than just a business. She built a family-run operation that takes pride in treating every home with the same care and attention they give their own.
